I have C4 Shine 2023 model car and i have few questions can you help me?
1- where can i check/download latest firmware for citroen cars?
2- where can i download legal software update tool for PC/Mac
3- is Restore and firmware update procedure different?

is citroen use same firmware globally? for example uk and fr
I ask because some options are disabled in my car for example wifi and park assist.
If i download firmware from different country can i use these features? or Citroen make firmware for based on VIN?

No you don't seem to understand what firmware is.

Firmware is a software update to a specific piece of hardware to fix bugs and in the case of Head Units, to update Bluetooth compatibility for later phones on the market. They do not add vehicle options like WiFi and Park Assist! These items are pieces of hardware and systems fitted to the car if specified when new or if part of standard equipment - you cannot just 'activate' them magically. If your car does not have park assist or on board WiFi then you cannot activate these with software - as the systems are not present.

Firmware is the same globally, although not all Head Units for example are available in all countries or may be modified for local laws.

I've moved these posts into a new thread as they are not relevant to the touchscreen update firmware.

You may have a reverse camera, but the system uses other hardware too. You need to have the front and rear parking sensors AND the lateral Blind Spot monitoring sensors in addition for this to work as well as the correct configuration and compatible hardware.
