rear sphere in xantia

Hi all
I have two problems to ask here.My car is Xantia 95 ,non hydractive with aitisink system,96000 Km
1. rear sphere usually flat quickly that make the rear suspension uncomfortable(within 3-4 mo pressure drop from 30 bar to 10-15 bar)I think it may be spec. of rear sphere in xantia.It has pressure 30 bar only compare to bx rear sphere that has 40 bar.If I use Bx sphere in my xantia.Is it possible to do that and it is danger to do that or not.
2. I have problem with my front height corrector.When I start my car after long parking.The front end will raise to maximum position for 30-60 sec after that it come down to normal position.My garage dismantle and clean front corrector and it linkage , reset front heiagt.But if still behave the same. Do you have any suggestion?
