Manual Transmission Service (ML6C) Peugeot Expert 2.0L Hdi

Hi,

New Peugeot owner, first time poster. Im changing the front left drive shaft on my Peugeot Expert and as such will be needing to refill the transmission fluid.

I assume most of the oil will drain out when i remove the drive shaft or will i actually need to drain the transmission fully from the plug?

If so then i wonder about the size of the copper washer for the drain plug? Is it: 22mm outer diameter, 16mm, inner diameter, 2mm thickness? Is there a torque setting for the transmission plug?

I will also be putting in a new drive shaft seal and i wonder whether anyone could confirm that i have the right one for the left hand side:

I will be refilling with 1.9L of 75W80 PSA B712330 as it is the reinforced gearbox (2015 model) If i understand correctly there is no oil level check hole and i just fill it back up through the breather hole.

I would appreciate if someone could let me know if that all looks to be correct!
