AM6 Oil

Greeting. I own two Citroen c5s, for one I already asked about the height adjustment. Both have automatic transmissions and I would like to do the oil change myself. For the first c5 model, I know that the transmission is ZF 4HP20 and I know the correct oil for it, but I need the correct procedure for changing the oil on that transmission. It is a 2.2 hdi 2004 year (133hp). The VIN number is: VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff], the other C5 X7 is a 2.2 hdi (204hp) 2010 and has an Aisin gearbox, but I would like to know the exact marking of that gearbox as well as which oil is used for that gearbox as well as the change procedure for that gearbox and car. Your C5 X7 vehicle has a BVA AM6C Euro 5 gearbox and the vehicle itself is Euro 5, so requires JWS 3324 oil.
