Xantia headlamp glass....types

Wondered if anyone knows if there is a quality difference between Lucus and Valeo types ?

I don't have any here, but from memory the Lucas lenses seemed to be identical to the later Valeo ones, but I had a couple of Lucas reflectors that did not focus very well.
