leaking fluid reservoir

I've got a Xantia 1.9 TD 1994. Every couple of days I have to clean up a large pool of fluid from the top of the reservoir. Car drives OK and suspension is fine.
Can anyone help - any ideas?

Hi Pete - Are you sure that the level is correct. You can't always rely on the indicator in the dome. Put the suspension on high with the engine running. Check that the fluid level is in a position where you can just reach it with a finger.

Stupid suggestion really, but check that all the return hoses sit tight on their connectors fitted on the reservoir lid.
