Steering rack problems

I have a Citroen c5 x7 that only wants to turn right. When turning left it’s like the power steering doesn’t want to work and is very stiff. Have changed steering angle sensor and power steering electric pump still the same. Am I looking at changing the rack itself or is there an easy fix. Thanks for any info in advance.

Have you checked the LDS fluid levels, but first you haven't mentioned what model, engine or whether you have hydractive or Metallic suspension... Better still the VIN would be better as they have different ways of checking this.
