Hi all.
Looking to see if anyone can shed some light on my problem . I've done a lot of cleaning and replacing parts on the engine. Things like glow plugs , Map , Mass sensor erg valve intercooler and associated pipes .
I've completed several resets and scans using multieuscan, detected error codes because of work undertaken. Cleared all old codes but van when started runs a bit rough and smokes bluish with a heavy dieselish smell and increases with revs. Problem is there are no fault codes after scanning popping up to indicate the problem . I'm getting a U1620 CAN line error and that's all when scanning the modules but I doubt that would be the problem.
Once I've driven it for a couple of miles the smoke goes away and the engine runs really well as I'm baffled to what could be the cause.
So,im hoping someone might have had a similar problem and could shed some light on what the cause is.
