308 1.4 vti rough idle, smooth when VVL disconnected

Unread post by Randomproblem »

I have a 308 1.4 vti and it has a rough idle almost everything has been checked, fuel pressure, injectors, coils, intake manifold...
Now when you disconnect the VVL valvelift position sensor, the car becomes smooth and you notice the vvl motor goes to the highest position or opening, but when driving power is low and sluggish because it gets into limp mode.
I checked the live data and the motor does its job but... When it wants to turn one way to achieve the given Ecu position it goes quick, but when it wants to turn the other way it takes around 1 second or so to get to that position, isn't this odd? And the position that it reaches is not exact as the Ecu wanted position its slightly different.
Now the only code I get is about the O2 sensor and pedal resistance which should not hinder the operation, if I plug the vvl sensor then it warms and starts becoming rough and then cylinder 3 misfire.
Quick questions : can the car run with upstream O2 sensor unplugged normally and without misfires? How about without both upstream and downstream.
2nd: I know that when disconnecting the vvl sensor the engine runs with the throttle plate, but does it disable vanos and does it do anything else like richening the mixture or so?
I check the vvl excentric shaft it seems fine, you can turn it manually and it indicates on the scanner, what can be the cause?
What does OCR means in the live data?
I only get the p2134 code intermittently, I hope its not a bad thing.
