Instrument panel Leds going blank

The leds for the speed numbers are blank at the top, so a 0 now looks like a U could this be repaired. I have changed all the bulbs in the instrument panel. Would a second hand instrument panel work ok for a year 2000 Citroen xsara picasso 2HDI
My panel has the 2 socket plug connections.

If you get a used panel off a car same age & spec it will work fine however if the ‘new’ panel has a higher mileage your car will permanently inherit the higher miles.
After late 2001 the panels are different & have a single plug.
