Hydra suspension dosent work, but no errors
Hi i read almost all here i can find, but havent find my problem, Hydra suspension dosent work it shows in panel that raising is in progress, but nothing happens, and there is no errors too, it was -34C here and it stop working, all fuses are ok. Launch have option to read suspension errors and other option is connect to suspension ecu, but it shows like it is not equiped or turn off. Any ideas? mby just dead pump?

Check if you have power to the relay for the pump. When you say all fuses, have you also checked the maxi fuses on the underside of the engine bay fusebox?

Re: Hydra suspension dosent work, but no errors
When you say 'bleed' what exactly do you mean? Did you depressurise the front or rear axle manually by opening the bleed screws or are you just saying the vehicle went to the lowest level when you selected the lowest setting on the electronic suspension control? The car will lower as it is not using the pump to lower the vehicle, but can take some time to rise if there is air in the system. If the pump is working, you will be able to hear it whirring. Is there any noise from the pump when you select a higher suspension setting? If not, then the pump is not working and it will be a relay or a fuse as said by Jay.

When you depressurised the system, did you see any fluid in the reservoir. If so was it at the between A and B.
If not you may need to top up only top up when system is depressurised.

And also, you need to introduce some pressure into the LDS tank to get it going if you have used the diagnostic tool to completely depressurise the system, as there is literally no pressure at all in the system!

so now it start to work, so oil was in on bottom of filter, i max it full to top over the max limit, depressorise it again and see slight movement, and littlebit of oil went down, so i make it 2 more times and every time it get some more move and less fluid, so now at third time it work and fluid is in limits. hope it keep working, mby it get air somehow in pump, mby had some ice or something, but atleast for now it works

Re: Hydra suspension dosent work, but no errors
It could indeed be related to the outside temperature, yes. I have noticed this a few days ago when, in Romania, temperatures dropped as low as -22/ -23 degrees. I was trying to get the car on maximum height, as I had to drive through a small road which had plenty of snow and I was worried about getting stuck. I could hear the pump running, but there was no height change whatsoever, not a single inch had it raised. So, the next day, as I already had booked an appointment at my local dealership, I asked to have a Diagbox scan as well.
There were a few errors popping up, mainly regarding BSI and Suspension ECU - they have been solved by updating the software and charging up the battery - the car is still running on the factory one as it was never changed. This, combined with the low temperatures lead to a smaller voltage than expected - 13.1V. One more thing they have done was to clean off the ice from the height sensors as layers were stacking up due to condensation and similar reasons. Finally, the suspension is raising once again now. I'm not sure whether these same reasons could apply to you or not, but they're definitely worth a check next time you might be having this issue.

Stelian
