and I have a Peugeot car there is no sound on all speakers While tracking down the system parts, I found that the large speaker in the box had been disconnected Also when I try to show the settings menu it does not appear on the screen . I hope help me this thanks .
If somebody has tried to upgrade the firmware to a later version without backing up the system configuration first, then this can cause issues with missing settings, language, features and options.
It's likely to be a dealer issue if this is the case as they may have to reinstall it as if it was a new unit and configure it for you. Diagbox can't fix these issues as the ECU goes into secure mode., so needs PSA server access in connected mode.
I have this DTC : 0E71 Fault On The Bass Cabinet Coil 3 .
I checked All speakers resistance okay .

This isn't something I think anyone here can help you with. Best to take it to the dealer to do as you'll have to pay for online access anyway, so will be easier to go to them directly.
