Hello
Has somebody a wiring diagram showing the ECU and its connections to the egine controlling functions? I try to find a fault in the wiring of the turbo charger magnetic solenoids. Probably a short / broken wire.

Marc, I am getting into it, checking the diagram. I downloaded the list of numbers/ components from the diagnostic forum here. But many numbers are missing ( for instance 1285, all the 11xx, and more). Do you have access to a matching list? Would be great.

Sorry, no. The list is only to assist, and does not include wiring codes, only most component codes. I can help with some of the missing ones if you specify the ones you need:

Btw: I have Sedre and Dockbackup installed on my laptop, but I can't get the wiring diagrams showing, I am getting errors. Tried many hours, gave up. Must say I am not a very experienced computer guy....

Took the time to check and measure to find the fault. Not yet succesful. One question came up: When starting the engine, I noted a short current spike to the turbo pressure solenoid (regulates the vacuum to control the turbo vanes). But then the valve shut down and no turbo pressure while driving. Does the ECU-software do a test/initialisation of that solenoid when the engine is started? Like to make sure the position of the turbo adjuster-position is fine?
I try to better understand how that turbo system is regulated. (P2562, none matching position of the turbo position sensor)

The turbo pressure is checked using a special measuring tool, where, when fitted, the engine should be accelerated to 4000 r.p.m. The pressure should be 1 ± 0,2 bar(s).

Thanks for the information. I have no turbo pressure at all, the solenoid which regulates the vacuum to the turboadjuster is not getting correct signals. I try to find out why... Checked the wiring and connectors, all fine. Something inhibts the ECU to activate that solenoid. I will find it one day...
