His does anyone know weather peugeot 207 1.4 ecu work in in a 1.6 engine,i bought a car which had an engine swap and wont start, i then realise that the ecu in the car has product code 96663308808 instead of 9666382080

Probably not, the ECUs are specific to the engine type and and the configuration. But on top of that, the Engine ECUs are matched to the BSI, so are designed not to work in any other vehicle. You would have to get a matched set (Engine ECU, BSI and Key / Fob Transponders) or get a 'virginised' engine ECU that matches the original designed for the car and programme it.
