Trading in Nemo for a auto berlingo

Hi Folks

Wonder if you can advise

Looking to trade my 2010 semi auto nemo 33k milage for a

2013 berlingo automatic 30k milage

Is the gearbox just as bad on this as the Nemo

And any idea what value i should be paying
