I took the door panel off from the driver side door, and found that the locking pin (the red thing that goes up or down when the car is locked or unlocked - not sure what its called
This electrical thing is connected by a green and blue wire, and goes above the fusebox under the steering wheel, and then goes somewhere under the facia. Same thing on the passenger door, again, goes under the glove box and under the facia.
I am also attaching a picture of the remote that I have, that used to work to lock and unlock the car.
To further confuse me, the Berlingo is missing the lock/unlock button under the 2 central A/C vents. - All images online of M59 berlingos have that switch.
My question is, is this an OEM or aftermarket central lock. Also, if aftermarket, where could the receiver box be mounted, since i'm hoping it has its one standalone fuse that has burned out. If its OEM, how do i diagnose it? since the fuse under the driver side it OK, and I definitely know that it stopped working in the way that I mentioned above.
Thank you for any suggestions on the matter
