Have had 4 reconditioned injectors fitted and my garage is having issues trying to code them
Received a test sheet with the injectors that has new codes highlighted
Before fitting I called the company and confirmed that these new codes should be used and not the ones on top of the I jector itself
Apparently because a different bottom part is used when reassembled
My garage gets a coding failed message with these new codes
He also tried the actual codes on injector with same message of coding failed
Have tried cylinders in both orders of 1,2,3,4 and 4,3,2,1
Strangly the van is running fine....no miss fire, hesitation or lumpyness
Remember reading somewhere that these Bosch injectors have a generic code and the ecu just reads this and calibrates accordingly
Although I may have dreamt this
Any thoughts chaps?

Re: Nemo Injector Coding
I did reply to your post, but unfortunately we have lost some posts due to an external server outage and had to restore a backup.
If I remember correctly what I said, it was that this engine ECU requires / expects a 9 character code which is usually written on the injector, so as long as what you have been given by the injector reconditioners complies with that, you should be fine.
