It would appear (to me, at least) that Stellantis have lost the ability to communicate. Recently I went to a dealership in Basingstoke to order a couple of parts for my C5 (I could not easily find them using a Google search). The dealership placed the order, and a few days later one part arrived. However, there was an issue getting hold of the second part. It was showing on the system as 'available', although there were currently none in stock.
As I was in the area I called into the dealership yesterday to chase up the part. The manager of the parts department went away, and came back 10 minutes later with a glum expression on his face. He told me that, since I had placed the order, that part had become 'NFP', and Stellantis had, therefore, cancelled the order. When I asked why he had not let me know (they had my telephone number) his response was that they (the dealership) had not been told. I suggested that the dealership should complain about this, and the manager then told me that this was not unusual, and if he were to complain about every time there was a communication issue he would not get any meaningful work done. He gave me an example, where the dealership had ordered a part, but made a mistake with the VIN. When the dealership chased up the order a few days later they were told that, as the VIN was wrong, Stellantis had cancelled the order, but had not told the dealership.
Before anybody suggests that the dealership may have been a part of the problem, I asked the parts manager if he knew of any companies who could supply me the part I needed. He went away and came back 5 minutes later with a supplier who had that part (he had phoned them to check). I have now ordered that part, and am satisfied with the local communication skills.
Good communication is an essential part of good business. If Stellantis choose to forget this fact they will lose customers (and dealerships are part of their customer base).

They have probably absorbed all the bad bits of Fiat, Vauxhall, Opel and GM in general.
