CITROEN C4 BLUEHDI 1.6
*Problem*: DPF - diesel particle filter
DPF CLOG P2463 and P246C + NOX SENSOR FAULT, Engine goes into limp mode
*ACTION 1*: DPF sent for cleaning, back to normal, system scan shows nox sensor fault, cleared fault code, all good
*AFTER 2 WEEKS*
DPF CLOG P2463 and P246C + NOX SENSOR FAULT, Engine goes into limp mode
*ACTION 2*: REPLACE NEW DPF
*AFTER 4 WEEKS*
DPF CLOG P2463 and P246C + NOX SENSOR FAULT, Engine goes into limp mode
*ACTION 3*: Replace Nox sensor
*WITHIN A DAY*
*Problem*: DPF CLOG, Engine limp mode (NO MORE NOX SENSOR FAULT CODE)
*ACTION 4*: Replace DPF pressure sensor
*WITHIN A DAY*
*Problem*: DPF CLOG, Engine limp mode
*ACTION 5*: DPF SENT FOR CLEANING
*DURING ILDING*
dpf differiantial value went back to 2-3
AFTER A WEEK , it went to 19-20
*TODAY* Performed a system scan, FAULT CODE 2204 NOX SENSOR FAULTY MEASUREMENT OF NOX CONTENT
*ACTION 6*: PERFORMED A FORCED REGEN
*Results:* DPF differiantial value went back to 2-3 .
Suspect that Car does not auto regen as temperature of exhaust cannot go beyond 410 degrees despite high speed on highway.
Please advise..

Something is stopping it regenning. Is your outside temperature sensor working?

You never mentioned when you cleaned or replaced the DPF whether you had notified the Engine ECU that you have replaced the DPF under 'Pack Repair' options in Diagbox? If you do not do this, then the system will still think you have the original filter. You should also reset the DPF additive counter to zero (top it up first) as this needs to be done in order for it to reset the amount of Cerine that it estimates has passed through the DPF.

first and foremost very grateful for your reply! i am bery touched that someone come back to me with advice, i will figure how to do it as im unsure my garage did it right way.
btw sorry i do not know how to check exhaust temperature, its downstream catalyic temperature that cannot go beyond 400 degrees .. i was driving 110kmph while reading the temperatures.. im so lost n stressed

Re: DPF CONSISTENT CLOGGING 🥲 NEW DPF NEW SENSOR
So I can see that the garage has told the engine ECU that the particle filter has been replaced and the additive level is reported as a litre, so all good on that front.
The only reason you would get a 'risk of clogging' message now is if the vehicle has been unable to regenerate the filter because of things like short journeys and interruption of the regeneration of the filter.

Have we checked there is actually eolys fluid in the tank? It may be saying the tank has fluid but its not actually measured so could have been reset without actually topping up.
Cant see anywhere above that it has been topped up or checked?
The fluid reduces the temperature at which the soot burns at so if there's no fluid it will struggle to regenerate.

Re: DPF CONSISTENT CLOGGING 🥲 NEW DPF NEW SENSOR
Does your garage know there are actually two different systems, one for adblue and one for the dpf and two different tanks, maybe they topped up the adblue and forgot about the dpf. Just an idea.

Re: DPF CONSISTENT CLOGGING 🥲 NEW DPF NEW SENSOR
The DPF filter will naturally regenerate without assistance if the exhaust gas temperature is high enough (about 550°C), so to do that it would need to be on a good run like on a motorway / Autobahn. Assisted regeneration will be attempted at lower exhaust gas temperatures (circa 450°C) assuming there is additive fluid in the fuel system and that the engine ECU has all the conditions required to perform the operation when it is needed.
But check the additive fluid was topped up, as Wheeler suggested, as the additive level is only estimated - and will report full if the additive ECU setting has been reset without any actual fluid having being added. I only 'assumed' it had been topped up from the data reported in your pictures and had no reason to suspect it had not been.
