Steering pulling to the right under 35mph

Good day folks!

New to the forum, mainly because I can't find an answer anywhere without taking the car to a main dealer which is not ideal this time of year!

So in a nutshell, my 2018 C4 Cactus pulls to the right when going less than 35mph, anything above that it runs nice and straight.
It started happening since I changed the driver side rear wheel due to a puncture, but it could just be coincidence.

Key things I have done to rectify the issue;
Replaced both front tyres (needed doing anyway as were worn down)
Had the tracking done
Checked for any power steering leaks
Checked for any damage (without being on a ramp)

Does anyone have any idea on what the issue could be? Below 35mpg the steering will jolt to the right and instantly pull that way, but after a 200mile round trip averaging 63mph it drove completely fine.

Hello, it's always worth checking that there isn't a sticking brake caliper or slider on one side. Jacking up the affected side and safely supporting with the handbrake on and in gear/ park. You should be able to turn the wheel -cleared from the ground- enough to feel that it's free. If you can't turn it or it feels like the brake is on then it might be a stuck brake caliper piston or slider (or even a brake pad sticking within the caliper). It's worth eliminating!

Also, you mention the tyres were worn and needed replaced. Were they similarly worn or did you find the right hand side tyre was worse?
