I have some troubles with my Peugeot 308 SW 1.6 HDI -08
The problem is that on occasional basis my car "hesitates" and sometimes completely shuts down. So far I have not had any major problems starting the engine up again.
When the car "hesitates" it commonly displays the message "Water in the diesel filter detected".
However, my diesel filter is newly drained and there is no water present.
Permanent faults found using Diagbox (I cannot clear this fault):
P6086 "ECM Power Relay Control Circuit Low"
Intermittent (Local) faults that show up when the car "hesitates" or shuts down ( I can clear this fault).
P2141 - Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) throttle control valve – circuit low
After resetting the "intermittent" local faults I can drive tha car 40-50km or so before the car starts hesitating again.
Can some kind soul out there please elaborate a bit around with what the problem can be with my car?
I do not want to end up stranded on the highway
