C4 Blower fault

Hi guys, I've been suffering blower issues on my 2012 C4 1.6hdi VTR+ The problem being the blower fan is constantly on full power even with the ignition turned off, I have to disconnect the battery every time I leave the car. Initial thought is a relay that has stuck and just continually supplying power. Where is the relay?
Any ideas or pointers?

I've heard of a few cases of this situation where the internal cabin fans keep running with ignition off and changing the blower control motor does not fix the issue. So I suspect you may have an issue with the supplies management or one of the fuse boxes, but it will need a proper diagnostic to check for specific faults to point to the culprit. Many relays are internal to the boards, so the cause has to be pinned down first.
