RD4 radio buttons are not responding

Hello guys. Friend of mine have bought recently a 407 from 2007 with a RD4 radio unit. The car works like a dream except one thing - radio functions. What I exactly mean - source, audio adjustment, volume etc. Trip computer works just fine with rest of the buttons, but everything that refers to the car audio seems to be disabled. I will be able to check this with lexia soon but for now I'm just trying to find maybe another way to solve this problem. If you have any ideas I would be grateful.

Either the RD4 is faulty or is mis-configured in the BSI - but be very careful about changing anything in the BSI that you are not 100% sure of, as there are some settings that do not mean what you may think they do and can affect the operation. Make sure you check the settings and print these off before changing anything as there is no undo.
