Peugeot Rifter "Additional heating/ventilation"

Question for you knowledgeable folks out there: the Peugeot Rifter handbook mentions an “Additional heating/ventilation” system that is an optional extra on some of it’s vehicles (see attached screenshots pages 76-78). Would I be right that it is referring to a factory fitted diesel heater (page 78 says “the additional heating is powered by the fuel in the vehicle’s fuel tank”). If that is the case, does anyone have this in their car? Where is the diesel heater fitted? What are the specs? Is it possible to retro fit one? Thanks for any info on this!!
