Berlingo 1.9d aux drive belt & tensioner. Non a/c

My Son was towed home by recovery last night with a siezed drive belt tensioner and melted belt on his 1997 1.9d Berlingo. Can any of you experts enlighten me on the DIY replacement of both, please? I'm in Chippenham, he's in Portsmouth so I have not seen it yet to assess the problem.

if its the engine im thinking of from the mid 90's, the tensioner is held on by two 6mm allen bolts, the top one is sometimes rusted on so be carful when undoing (you dont want to strip it out)
