heater matrix problem

hi, we have a Xantia 2lt petrol n reg fuel injection ,water flooding footwells when running heateris this a matrix problem or pipes,what sort of job is this to fix

Sounds like the matrix; reckon on a good weekend to do it. A few people on here have done it, so help is at hand!
