ZX Wiper problems

ZX Wiper problems

The windscreen wiper works fine but doesn't park when turned off - it just sits in the middle of the screen. if anyone has a helpful hint I'd be very grateful! Thanks.

Has it or does it go that far down the screen if pushed by hand? Any noise attached to operation of the wiper?
