how easy / hard is this to do / inlet /exhaust gasket need to be changed i know they are both on a joined gasket. any idea what a garage would charge

changeing this gasket can be a real pig of a job as the engine needs to come right forward,even then there is not much room to get the turbo off. taking it to a garage would be a good but probably expensive idea if you dont want to venture it yourself.

As long as you can get enough clearance between the manifold and the block ( may not need to unbolt the engine from the mount and move ), it's a fairly straightforward job.
The exhaust is on studs, I don't think the inlet is ( you'll need an allen key ).
Slide old gasket out, slide new one in and align.
I would say approx 1.5 hours ?
