Hello, I have a 2010 citroen Relay which I have fitted new injectors, and coded them successfully, but I'm getting an eml light on and the code p1304 pilot learn when I try this it fails and I get the message correction value s to high.
They are,
Cyl 1, 0.00 to - 0.85
Cyl 2, 0.00 to - 0.67
Cyl 3, -1.48 to 0.00
Cyl 4, -0.26 to -021
I have swapped the injectors in 3 and 4 around and recoded them accordingly and still get similar readings, ie cyl 3 is still the worst with a different injector . I have used a Snap on ethos tool for this.
This weekend I have borrowed a Peugeot planet and get the same result, when I check the status of the injectors It say all injectors classified successfully, then at the bottom it says not finished (electral charge too high).
The injector voltage is 123 to 125 volts.
The ECU software is dated 02/02/2010 and version 0000. It's Denso injectors and vistion ECU.

Just a quick update, in case anyone has the same problem in the future, it turned out the recon injectors weren't within spec so I bought 4 brand new genuine Denso injectors from Auto doc and these programed ok and I was able to complete the pilot learn. You know what they say, buy cheap buy twice. I can now crack on with my camper convertion.
