Automatic Rear Window Wash

Hi there, dumb question.
My newly purchased Citroen c5 2012 keeps washing rear windows randomly, automatically, not only in R gear, but also when moving forward. So it consumes a lot of fluid.
It is a auto function which can be disabled or this could be sign of electrical problems? 😂
For this problem, i think VIN code is not neccessary.

No advice but just confirmation that you're not alone. Our 2013 C5 X7 does it occasionally. Ours is a manual gearbox so I don't think type of gearbox is relevant.
