2008 Dispatch Van front Fog Lamp wiring?

I've got the two covered holes in the front bumper where the front Fog Lamps go.

There's no switch on the dashboard.

I'm wondering if the wiring loom will have allowed for after market addon's and if the appropriate wiring and connections will be tucked away somewhere ready for switch and lights to be added?
