You'll have to google to find some videos, there's no official procedure, but of course will involve removing the trim and cowling surrounding the steering column to get at it - it's not meant to be easy though.

Hi,

I hadn't found a video, there is a screw ( part number 690759 ) with Torex head (male). The head of the screw is removed in order to prevent from burglars to remove it. The screw should be drilled to remove it.
I got the above information from a Citroen specialist.

Thanks

If you can turn the key in the ignition its an easy job. Once the cowlings are removed there is a shear bolt (mentioned above) this can be easily undone with a centre punch or small chisel. Once that bolt is removed turn the ignition on & push the detent pin in & the whole assembly will just pull right out of the column. Will try adding pics later

EDIT:
This steering lock is actually off a K9 Dispatch/Jumpy but it’s pretty much the same idea.
This shows the detent pin extended, then it can be pushed down once the key is turned but only once the shear bolt has been removed. The other pic is the underside where the shear bolt is screwed into.
The shear bolt can be re used if necessary by cutting a slot in the head & re fitting with a flat screw driver.
