2010 C3 Picasso
Hello, here's a tip if you have water trapped inside your door ( at least on the C3 Picassos )
My daughter said she could hear water sloshing around inside the rear passenger door, and sure enough there was indeed water trapped inside. At the time a cursory look didn't reveal any drainage holes. However, a small amount of water was draining from somewhere beneath the door. So, this morning, using a few pieces of kitchen roll, at the bottom of the door, I gave the door a good wipe BETWEEN the rubber door seal and the metal of the door panel. Low an behold, quite a bit of water came out ! I couldn't actually see the holes, but I'm just glad the water has now drained out.
I hope this helps any of you,
All the best,
Nictu.

It's common for these to fill with water from rain water / car washes, but is intended to drain out through the bottom drain holes - but if these become blocked you will experience the issues you have. It's happens to all vehicles. This is also one reason why the electric window regulator wiring rusts and eventually snaps.

My C3 Pic used to do this regularly. There are drain holes - pull the seal back a little, you'll see them though they are tricky to spot. I used a small screwdriver to poke them free. Loads of water comes out. You'll hear it when you open and close the door
Need to do this once a month or so..

I wonder if it would be possible to fit 'giggle pins' in the drain holes to keep them clear?
