Hello,
I got a 308 GT 205hp ('15) and have the engine light burning on dash, and read error p0130 o2 sensor together with some U3FFF misfires.
Tried to delete it with diagbox but the p0130 o2 stays active, it says clearing failed...
Got a offer from garage for around 300€ to change the o2 sensor for a new one.
But do you guys think it will be fixed my problem? I dont have any prestation issues with my engine, everything looks ok in my opinion.
When i read the ECU out with Torque, i saw that the o2 bank 1 sensor 1 gives NO voltage at all, nothing. It stays on No data (0.0000v) while the second sensor have a variable voltage.
Hope you guys can advice me so that im not waste my money.
Thanks
Error p0130 o2

Re: Error p0130 o2
Clearing a fault code is pointless unless the underlying problem is fixed - it will just come back. I think you have your answer, but if you want the full code explanation, you'll need to provide your VIN.
Please post your VIN in full without spaces - it will be automatically masked from public view after submitting your post & will only be visible to staff.

Re: Error p0130 o2
Have any checks actually been done apart from reading fault codes? If not then you could easily be wasting €300. Yes is could be faulty but then again the fault could actually be a red herring that is being triggered by the misfire, a misfire can massively upset what comes out the exhaust & the oxygen sensor can see this as a fault.

Yes, the engineer said he checked for airleaks and other things. The O2 sensor is replaced today. It did look like it was burned in, black as hell.
Hope that error is gone, but now another one came up this morning BEFORE o2 repair....
P160A-54 & B3001 - something with reprogramming/telecoding. Maybe because i had installed a reversecamera.
I have diagbox, can someone help me to calibrate the ECU...where can i find this? What do i have to do to get this message away? Couldnt clear errors in the ecu in diagbox currently. Dont know why. Maybe the ecu is in locked mode or something?
Hope someone can help me out.
