Hi all,
Just wondering if there's a guide available for replacing the caliper on a 2009 c5 estate? (Manual handbrake, not electric).
One side has seized up, so I'm assuming it needs to be replaced.
Thanks!

Don't jump into replacing it immediately without checking it out properly. You can get refurb kits and rebuild it yourself, ensuring a clean environment at all times, as long as you can dismantle it:

I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

It's probably the gromit leading into the brake caliper, don't buy a whole set without checking first!

Yes I ask the stupid questions, because normally it is that simple.

Re: c5 x7 - rear caliper replacement?
I've answered your calliper replacement part request on the parts thread, but you will see from the parts diagram that certain parts of the calliper are also available, so respond to that post if you need additional part numbers for any of those, but any technical questions, please keep those here on this thread, thanks.
Please note, I'm no longer active on the Forum, so won't respond to messages.
