While washing the car for first time I found that the front of one of the roof bars is not fixed down to the roof. I mean the bar that is part of the car, not the bars you can fit across the car.
I can lift the front of the bar about a cm and can see two fixing holes in the roof, but the bar does not seem to have any corresponding 'male' fittings.
Anyone know how these bars are supposed to be secured to the car's roof?
Is this problem easily fixable? 2019 C5 Aircross roof bar loose

Main dealer fixed, but didn't see what they did. Astonishing, but I just drove into workshop (tipping down at the time) and the guys just said, sit down in showroom ....
Most unusual. Maybe they were on a break, usually has to be booked in, described in great detail what is needed to be done, argue whether free or charged, wait ... days.
Anyway, 10 mins and it was done, so couldn't have taken headlining out or moved it for access. Asked no questions, just hope not superglued ....................
