How to remove front bumper inserts Picasso C3

2011 Picasso C3. The insert panels that carry the front fog lights look to be separate from the bumper. Can they be removed? Mine are scratched and I want to repair and respray them.

They are removable, and are held in by clips. Whether you can unclip them with trim tools carefully and remove after disconnecting the fog light electrical connections or need to do this from behind the bumper I can't say.

Here's a picture of the rear if this is what you are referring to - it may help you see the clip type to prevent damage: I've lightened it to give a better view.

Looking at it, the main clips seem to have to be released from inside the bumper, so I think that means bumper off unless you can get at them from behind to push the clips in and then swing it out opposite to the main clips shown on the left in the image.

Thanks Marc, that is helpful. Knowing where the clips are located, I may be able to remove the ventilation panel beneath it and reach in to the clips from there.

Yes, as you may be able to see, those top, bottom and right clips as you look at the image show that the clips need pushing in from the inner side to release them.
