Window issues citroen dispatch

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone can help. I have a 2018 Citroen Dispatch and I'm having issues with the window switch ( I think). I can lower the passenger window from the drivers side switch fine but if I press it to raise the passenger window then it also goes down. I cant raise the window from the drivers switch. All other functions work fine, the drivers window is fine and i can use the passenger switch with no issues.

I've tried stripping the switches down, cleaning and reassembling . . I've also replaced the drivers switches completely and checked for obstructions in the passenger window channels. All of which haven't worked.

I'd appreciate it massively if anyone can help. Thankyou

If you've replaced everything, have you disconnected the battery and then reconnect it? Have you cleaned the window and it's surround?
