Particle filter additive too low.

After refuelling the warning light particle filter too low appeared. It’s a 2014 grand Picasso so I know it takes the Eolys fluid. Does anyone know if it’s a refillable tank or if it’s the pouch?

You need to know the type of fluid too and it will need the additive counter in the engine ECU resetting.

Ok, so you have a reservoir system, not a pouch and you require 'Powerflex' additive.

Brilliant thank you. Any idea roughly what I can expect an independent garage to charge? Not sure I’m that confident in doing it myself plus like you say will still need the ecu resetting

Just make sure the garage has a diagnostic kit capable of doing the reset properly.

I'd suggest you get a quote from the dealer to do it first of all and then you'll have an idea. It doesn't take long to do, but it can go wrong if you use an independent without the correct tools or know how.
