DS5 PDC

I have 2 errors on the front PDC. The car has 6 sensor in the front and I not sure of the position on the faulty sensors.
Could you please let me know which ones they are, and if you can please provide the part numbers.

B1251 Front right lateral parking assistance sensor fault
B1221 Inner Front left parking assistance sensor fault

VIN VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]

The Right Front Lateral Sensor is marked as 'K', part: 1608472280, £161.62
The Inner Front Left Sensor is marked as 'I', part: 1608321780, £161.66
