Air Con not working

Afternoon All,

I have a C4 Grand Picasso. The air con has stopped working. When you click the switch the A/C icon pops up on the LCD but no cold air comes through

I've taken it to Kwik Fit and had it regassed and to confirm no leaks, all good. The one thing I've noticed is the the pump doesn't 'engage' and start spinning.

What I need to know is what do I test to confirm what's wrong? Thanks in advance.

You need to get the diagnostics read. The system may disable the A/C compressor if there is a fault that affects the cooling system or emissions control systems.

Which engine does your car have?

Its a 2013 Grand C4 Picasso Elegance, 1.6 diesel 110ps

Just had a friend plug in and read diagnostics. Says air con compressor open circuit
