How do you disconnect the rear washer hose from the tailgate that goes throught thr large oval grommit.
I already have a replacement hose and have removed the grommit and felt inside and can feel the connection but cant seem to get it to a point that it could be diconnected.
Anyone that has done this before and could give me some pointers would be much appreciated.

This is from my collection, use auto translate if you don't understand. Basically you have to remove interior trim & I think spoiler too

optional:
I bought a new hose with grommet, wasn't that expensive at the stealer, part nr is 6439 J4.
Broken plastic clips will rattle when opening & closing rear doors, annoying. Had some luck with such tool but not yet finished

I'm planning on making a "mitt" between "fingers" as broken clip parts escape through I believe. Still not exactly clear how to do it though

Re: C5 x7 rear washer hose replacement
Interesting that the oem replacement I ordered turned up not in a PSA or even Stellantis branded bag, but Mopar (US brand).
I wonder if it’s also fitted to some yank Stellantis vehicles?
