How to identify gearbox on Relay/Jumper ?

Hello,

Is there any way to identify gearbox on 2003 Jumper/Relay?
I have 2.0HDI 62kw version, the gearbox has no stickers/labels anywhere. (Van is old).

I need to drain gearbox oil and refill, because some of the oil leaked when I was replacing CV boot. But I am not sure what gearbox I have (there should be 3 different), therefore I do not know how much to refill and what type of oil.

Is there any way to get this information from VIN? My VIN is: VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff] , if anyone has access to some decoder which show this information.
