1.6HDI (DV6C) 2013 Turbo leak?

I viewed a 2013 picasso today and there seemed to be some oil leaks on the exhaust side of the turbo; the lower part of turbo and the waste gate actuator below are covered in oil/tar. Is this normal? Engine sounds sweet, smooth and quite.

That engine looks remarkably clean from the photo, I wouldn't say it's a problem, if anything it's honest, maybe to honest. I would expect oil leaks from high pressure oil areas. But that's just my opinion

Extremely clean engine, honest leak from turbo, my only concern is it's too clean, it sounds okay, but have you driven it at high speed and high revs? Something isn't sitting right in my mind, just my opinion though. Could be an honest seller.

Turned out it was a Cat N...Didn't buy the car in the end.
