I doubt your vehicle Head Unit is compatible. What's the VIN so I can see what system you have fitted. Please post your VIN in full without spaces - it will be automatically masked from public view after submitting your post & will only be visible to staff.

Ok, so you have a June 2022 C4 (for reference it is called a C4 C41) and is the latest model as opposed to the MK I C4!
So next question is what phone have you got (Make and model and what version / name of system software is on it)? Android Auto is a lot more twitchy then CarPlay. I can take a look to see if your phone model is showing as compatible at the present time.
Whilst you are doing that, make sure you unpair the phone from Bluetooth and the Head Unit completely and try to pair the phone again via Bluetooth first of all. Then make sure you provide full permissions on your phone when it tries to connect - and allow access to your contacts , music and anything else.
If you have paired that ok, make sure you have updated your phone software, and also check you have installed the latest Android Auto App.
Then when connecting via cable, make sure you have a decent quality cable and not a cheapo Chinese thing - most connectivity issues are to do with crappy cables.
See how you get on with all that.

Hi Marc I finally found the answer to the problem and It's not Bluetooth try that before but try it again with a difference cable but no good, I bought a USB Type-C to USB 3.0 Adapter I bought one with the cable which is only about 6 ins and one without the cable and both works, thanks again Marc
