Power Steering Programming - 2020 C3 Aircross.

Just bought a Citroen, and just joined the forum.

My wife has always had her cars adapted for her to use, she has health issues related to arthritis and muscle wastage. Part of the adaptions is to lighten the power steering. Before buying and setting up lexia\diagbox, can someone who has the software confirm if this can be done and maybe show the right menu to do it?
We have just bought the car from a citroen dealer who said it is possible but citroen wont allow their techs to do this.

Previous cars we owned have been hydraulic, so this meant the steering rack was removed and adjusted/modified, this is her first car with all electric power steering.

No, not to my knowledge as the steering used is entirely electrically operated, not hydraulic and there are no settings I am aware of in Diagbox that allow this - the ECU has pre-set operational parameters. For safety reasons they probably will not be allowed to do this.

Also be aware that even if there was such an option, you won't be able to use Diagbox on this model without paid access to PSA servers - ECU configuration and telecoding are not permitted offline.

I don't know whether the vehicle you have bought has this option fitted at factory or not, but the semi-automatic parking assistance system would probably help a lot for parallel and bay parking manoeuvres, as that will do the parking and exit for you.
