Need help in sourcing parts please.

Unread post by Mexico14 »

Just put my car in for a pre mot check and I'm missing a wheel bolt and caliper retaining clip. Where is the best place to source these please?

What type of wheels Dan? Steel or alloy? I have spare wheel bolts for alloy wheels*. Scrappy for the clip I would say but maybe new from a dealer providing you don't have to buy the calliper attached to it!

Might even have a bolt for a steel wheel left over from our Xsara days.

You have 16" light alloys (6.5 J16 CH5-47).

(10) Front Brake Caliper Lever Spring, part: 1609897880, £19.32 inc. VAT from Citroen.

If any different, let me know the item number.

Thanks Marc. I've tried to called the dealers but no one seems to be answering this afternoon.
I've found these on autodoc. Will they fit? Hey, check out HELLA Accessory Kit, brake caliper in the AUTODOC app https://m.autodoc.co.uk/hella/10413334

Just 'Google' the part number as I've provided it above and as long as this is stated in any supplier it should fit.

Loads of options inc. Autodoc if that is your preferred supplier:

Got through to the dealers. Ordered and potentially there for Monday. The aftermarket parts were coming in at over £20 after P&P added!
