I have a 69 plate Citroen relay with adblue..I am only able to do around 700 miles on a 10l of adblue. No problems with refill etc just burns away well too quick. Is there an explanation to this?I do not aggressively drive. Very often just sit at 65mph.
I see many complaints of adblue lights and warnings but not any that it empties too quickly and help would be greatly appreciated
Many thanks yeet!
According to Citroen, your Adblue tank capacity is 19 litres. This capacity allows a driving range of approximately 3,700 miles (which may vary considerably depending on the
driving style and the type of vehicle). So I'd still say it's a little heavy on the usage as on 9.5 litres you'd expect 1850 miles - and even with the 'varying considerably' factor you're getting less than half that again.
Are you sure you haven't got a leak somewhere? Check near the adblue injector for signs of crystallisation.
