Tappety EB2F Puretech Engine. Anyone able to check live data ?

Can anyone check livedata for the intake system on a QUIET / NORMAL running engine?
This is the EB2F puretech 1.2 or 1 litre.
My exhaust phaser solenoid valve seems normal at 46 % duty cycle on tickover but the inlet solenoid is at 0 %.
If I rev it hard I get a brief 64% approx on inlet then back to zeros.
This don't seem normal to me but have nothing to compare it to. This way too noisy to sell ATM.
Oil pressure good. Compression good, lash is within 1 thou. Everything is new, belt tensioner, etc.
When I timed it up and rotated the engine a couple of times you could put a straight edge on the cam flats neon perfectly, with flywheel pin in. BUT them two marks on the phasers in the MIDDLE I thought should have lined up opposite each other perfectly well they were out slightly so suspect fudged inlet phaser.
