C4 Grand Picasso Puretech - Secure configuration fault error code

Hi,

I just bought a second hand 2017 C4 Grand Picasso 1.2 Puretech 130 S&S car and my local service showed me two error codes which remains, one of then does not even fallow the standard error code format. They are just a small local service, I have no idea what kind of diagnostic software they have. There is not much on the internet I could find. If anyone is familiar with these codes or issues could you please write me some details and if any of them is a bigger problem or not. Thank you!

That usually means there's a short circuit, to positive or earth, open circuit, low impedance etc., on pin 1 of the microphone connector. Normally there's another 2 digits on the end of the code to determine more specific info. This can result in poor sound quality at the recipient end of the call when using the phone.

The 0303 is also too short, so impossible to say what the fault is with the BSI, but usually means a configuration problem.
